Working with a Coach

As you can imagine, there are many paths to take in promoting the use of technology for mission.  I had been writing ideas in a notebook all last year and it became clear to me that I would have to live many lifetimes to achieve any number of them.  The challenge was to pick one that would best use my gifts and do the most good for the most people.  This is not as easy as it sounds.

My solution was to work with a coach.  We meet on the phone two to three times a month.  I have worksheets to complete before and after each session and homework in between.  This has proven to be very helpful.  It has kept me accountable and has helped me get greater clarity about how I can best achieve my goals.  Being realistic about what is a viable idea and specific about how I want to carry it out takes discipline and my coach is keeping me on track.
